High School Equivalency Test Preparation (HiSET/GED)

Adults of all ages may pursue a certificate of high school equivalency issued by the State of California, by passing an exam such as the HISET or GED. The Vallejo Adult School offers classes to help you be prepared for the exam of your choice. The high school equivalency testing route might be better if you only have a few high school credits, but you are now a capable student.

Steps for Registration
  1. Complete a registration form
  2. Take our assessment test
  3. Enroll in classes and study

Registration is required every 10-week term to be enrolled in classes.

La Escuela para Adultos de Vallejo ofrece clases para ayudarte a prepararte para el examen de tu eleccion. Assessment Test Schedule for Registration

Mondays through Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Mondays through Wednesdays, 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

 

Childcare Services

Child care is available for the children of the adult parent or legal guardian student attending class. Only children ten years old or younger are permitted. Birth certificates and vaccination records are required on the first day of school.
