Promoting Adult Therapeutic Health – P.A.T.H.

Are you looking for FREE mental health support for yourself or a loved one? Would you like assistance with connecting to resources within your community?

Solano County Office of Education currently offers FREE short-term counseling and case management services to those adult individuals (aged 18+) who are in need of this support. Services are provided at the Vallejo Adult School Wellness Center, Room 21. You do not need to be a student to access these services.

About our services:

• Behavioral Health Screening to help guide care
• Short-term counseling and case management to develop a plan to help with mental health and wellness needs
• Linkage to community resources, including assistance with connecting to adult education services
• On-going workshops to develop and maintain wellness strategies to help individuals feel better
